The Movie: Sleepover (2004)

What’s Happening: Julie’s “Cinderella” kiss with long-time crush, Steve.
Why: I don’t care, I have a soft spot for this movie. Not only did he seek out where she lived but he also returned the crown she dropped in the middle of the street, suggesting that he perhaps followed her in his Jeep. And the symbolism: getting her first kiss — her first huge stage to growing up — in her childhood tree house.
Look For: Too many familiar faces to count including Hunter Parrish and Summer Glau.
